This infernal tome is packed with everything you need to unleash demonic horrors upon your Old-School Essentials campaign, whether you're introducing sinister fiends into your dungeons or sending your players straight to hell to challenge the very demon lords themselves.

Reprints:

Carcass Crawler issues #1 through #6 and Quick Delves #1 through #3 are all being reprinted, and should be back in stock in late October. The Dolmenwood Player’s Book has also been reprinted and is expected in stock around early December.

OSE Moves to the Official Fantasy Grounds Store!

Great news for Old-School Essentials players on Fantasy Grounds! Our OSE titles have moved from Fantasy Grounds Forge, the platform's community content marketplace, to the official Fantasy Grounds Store, making it easier to find and purchase our virtual tabletop releases.

The following six titles are now available in the official store:

• Old-School Essentials Player's Book – Everything players need to create characters and embark on perilous adventures, updated for 2026!
• Old-School Essentials Referee's Book – Essential rules, monsters, treasures, and guidance for running old-school campaigns, updated for 2026!

Winter and the Wolf Princess

We're delighted to spotlight a new Kickstarter from our friends at the Merry Mushmen, featuring an adventure by none other than Necrotic Gnome teammate Brad Kerr! 

Winter and the Wolf Princess is an 88-page OSE adventure designed for characters of levels 4–6, who must contend with a land trapped in eternal winter, marauding wolf cultists, mischievous faeries, partying giants, and a missing baby!

Designed as a sprawling fairy-tale sandbox, the book features 33 wilderness locations, two large dungeons with over 80 rooms, and a dynamic chaos system that responds to the players' actions. With illustrations by Kennon James and maps by Ripley Matthews, this should be a real treat for fans of weird and whimsical old-school adventures.

In typical Mushmen style, the campaign is short and straightforward. The adventure is already written, designed, and illustrated, with no stretch goals to complicate things. This fast 15-day crowdfunder has already smashed its funding goal many times over, so back it before October 21 to get your copy at a discount price!
