This document lists fixed errors relating to rules or terminology. Other types of errors such as fixes of simple typos and editing changes for wording clarity are not listed.

Dolmenwood Player's Book

Fixes in the 2026-09 Printing

  • Page 49 and 187, mossling resilience: "They gain a +4 bonus to Saving Throws against fungal spores and fungal poisons, and a +2 to bonus to all other Saving Throws."
  • Page 94, Awe glamour: "Creatures with no Morale score: Treat as Morale 9."
  • Page 170, Example of Combat: Edited to clarify that charging must be declared before initiative is rolled.
  • Page 174, Moon Signs: "Unless noted otherwise, moon sign effects are permanent, active throughout the year, and unalterable."

  • Page 99, Level 3 Encounter Table. Crookhorn number appearing should be (4d10).
  • Page 419, Scrolls. Clarification that control and protection scrolls can only be used once. When read, the words disappear from the scroll.

Dolmenwood Monster Book

Fixes in the 2026-09 Printing

  • Page 42, Galosher. Clarification around galoshers’ entrancing ability:
    • Phantasmal beauty: When not in combat, galoshers can veil their true form with illusion, appearing to sentient onlookers as alluring persons of great beauty. Those who view a group of galoshers veiled with illusion must Save Versus Spell or be entranced. If the Saving Throw fails, the victim is compelled to move towards the galoshers, resisting those who try to prevent it. They are unable to cast spells, use magic items, or harm the galoshers. Killing the galoshers breaks the charm. A character who makes the save is unaf­fected for the rest of the encounter.
    • Submerging victims: Entranced victims drawn into the mud of the galoshers’ pool slump down and become completely submerged in 2d4 Rounds. Submerged victims do not drown, but enter a state of suspended animation, their minds lost in feverish dreams.
