Third Party Old-School Essentials Products
The Scorched Citadel
This is a sandbox setting which can be used in a campaign that has a wasteland region or Mythic Underworld. It draws heavy inspiration from dying earth literature, and is a love letter to Gene Wolfe’s Book of the New Sun. The setting is intentionally minimal, with mundane access routes to the Citadel, and also more esoteric routes through the Halls of Time. Includes details for five guilds, five dungeons, and a map of the Citadel. PDF available from itch.io.
Through Ultan's Door for Old-School Essentials
Ben Laurence's lovingly crafted zine Through Ultan's Door will include stats compatible with Old-School Essentials from the next issue! This acclaimed publication is inspired by the dreamer's tales of Lord Dunsany and H.P. Lovecraft, and the lush weirdness of Clark Ashton Smith and William Hope Hodgson. It presents a vivid setting that can be run as a campaign or inserted episodically into existing games. We hear that the upcoming issue #4 will be on Kickstarter this August, along with the chance to get issues #1 to #3 in their revised, Old-School Essentials form as well. Check it out here!

The End of Wormskin
As the full campaign setting books for Dolmenwood near completion, we've decided it's time for Wormskin—the old Dolmenwood zine—to return to the ethereal realms of Fairy. From July 31st 2022, Wormskin will no longer be available. If you’re a collector, now is the time to pick up a copy of any of the zine issues from DriveThruRPG for the historical curiosity of seeing the origins of Dolmenwood, before it was developed into its final, complete form.
See this blog post for more information on the evolution of Dolmenwood from the early days of Wormskin to its culmination as a complete campaign setting.
Dolmenwood Patreon
If you want to dive right into Dolmenwood right now, you'll want to check out our Patreon page, where patrons may support the setting's development while also receiving PDFs of the in-progress volumes. For €5 ($6.50 USD), you'll have access to over 440 pages of content, which is more than enough to get a Dolmenwood campaign up and going right away! (And a lot more material than you'd receive if you bought Wormskin).
