Old-School Essentials Reprints

Old-School Essentials Reprints

Following the WotC OGL leaks / announcements in January, a lot of gamers decided to look around for new systems to play. A repercussion of this was that a lot of games — including Old-School Essentials — experienced an unprecedented surge in sales. This is wonderful, as a whole load of new players have got into OSE. There's an unfortunate side-effect, however: the stock of some books has run out much faster than anticipated!

But fear not, reprints are under way as we speak — the Advanced Fantasy Tomes, all of the OSE adventures, plus the referee's screen are rolling off the presses. (This must be about the 4th or 5th printing now of these products, by the way.)

We're expecting the reprints to be in stock at the Exalted Funeral warehouse around late July / August. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when they're available.

It seems like this might run over into September.

>I’m wondering how this reprint is going. I’m very anxious to purchase Incandescent Grottoes and The Hole in the Oak, but they’ve been out of stock at Exalted Funeral for a while, and I’m worried that, with Dolmenwood on the way, they won’t be coming back. I can get the PDFs at DTRPG, but I’d rather have the hardbacks.

They’re on a ship on their way to the warehouse. You might like to contact Exalted Funeral for more specifics, as they’re the ones who handle everything around printing and shipping: support@exaltedfuneral.com.

We have no plans to discontinue any OSE products. Dolmenwood and associated adventures will be published alongside OSE and its adventures (e.g. Hole in the Oak and Incandescent Grottoes).
